Mind body integration is simply a process of learning
how to be more conscious and present in the moment
and to then be able to have a more full and joyful life.

I believe what keeps us from being able to access our
joy are patterns of behavior created in childhood and
understanding that these patterns are still active and
impact us as adults.  The process is about first
understanding how these patterns were created and
the impact and second, learning how to heal and
transform these patterns.   Intellectual understanding
is mind and the healing  is body - integration is
wholeness.
